Spiritual Guidance Through Dreams: Insights on healing and becoming whole

The other night, I had another one of those dreams. For the past year, my dreams have been unlike anything I’ve experienced before. They have become more than stories or scattered images—they are profound conversations with an energy I can’t quite define. These dreams feel like downloads of spiritual wisdom, but it’s not just mental knowledge. The information integrates into my being, becoming part of my understanding in a way that feels both natural and transformative.

Coming back to wholeness

In the beginning, I would try to remember everything from these dreams. While dreaming, I’d think, “I have to hold onto this. It’s important.” But recently, the messages I’ve been receiving have shifted. I’ve been told, “Stop trying to remember. Let it go. Be present, here and now.” They explained that I don’t need to store the lessons or concepts in my mind, because when I truly need them, they will arise naturally.

This teaching helped me realize that my need to remember was coming from my ego—the part of me that clings to knowledge for a sense of control. But the wisdom they share is not meant to be controlled. It flows through me when the time is right, as long as I stay open, present, and trusting.

One of the most profound lessons I’ve received recently is about healing and my role as a spiritual coach. The word “heal” comes from the word “whole”—to heal is to bring something into wholeness or completeness. It’s not about fixing something broken, but about restoring balance and unity. Healing is a return to the state of being whole. This understanding has deepened my connection to my work.

For me, to bring my shadows into the light is to make the light whole. It’s a process of integration, where all the rejected, hidden, and unknown aspects of myself are brought into awareness. This illumination allows the fragmented pieces of my being to unite, creating more light within me. This is both a spiritual and physical process, because we are one in all of our aspects. The word “whole” is also connected to “holy,” reminding me that this process is sacred. To heal is not only to unite our inner fragments but to honor the sacredness of our existence in its entirety.

As humans, we are deeply fragmented. We carry countless traumas, beliefs, patterns, and automated reactions that hold us back. These fragments act like strings, controlling us and turning us into marionettes of our conditioning. My role as a spiritual coach is first to heal myself—to find my own wholeness by shining light on my inner shadows. These shadows are the places within me that I have rejected or have yet to discover. By bringing these parts into the light, I not only heal myself but create more light to share with others.

The more light I cultivate within, the easier it becomes to continue healing and shining that light for others. When I work with clients, my role is to hold space for their shadows to be seen. If I’ve already transmuted similar shadows within myself, I can perceive their struggles without distortion. However, if I haven’t healed certain parts of myself, those unhealed aspects can act as filters, limiting my ability to truly see and support them. This is why my own healing is foundational to my work.

By walking my path of self-healing and illumination, I can help others do the same. My light becomes a guide, allowing my clients to see their own shadows and uncover the parts of themselves that need healing. This is how we move toward wholeness—together.

These dreams and messages have been life-changing for me, offering a new depth of understanding about healing, light, and my role as a spiritual coach. Healing is an ever-unfolding process of becoming whole. It’s not just about individual transformation, but about contributing to the greater wholeness of the world. And that, to me, is both sacred and profoundly human.
