Emotional wellness coaching

Active listening

Emotional Wellness Coaching is a fluid and individualized process that adapts to your personal needs. It’s a fusion of sound healing, active listening, somatic therapy, inner child work, and inner awareness practices. This dynamic combination allows us to address and release emotions such as anger, stress, sadness, fear, and anxiety—helping you reconnect with your inner harmony and move forward with clarity and peace.

Each session is a journey, uniquely guided by where you are and what you need in the moment.

My approach

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate. — Carl Jung

Inner work

This work is a journey into the deeper layers of your being, a space where true healing and personal growth can happen. Often combined with sound healing and meditation, inner awareness work creates a safe and nurturing environment where you can gently disconnect from the busy, overthinking "monkey mind" and reconnect with your heart, your intuition, and the truth of who you are.

The process

In these sessions, I guide you into a state of deep relaxation through sound healing and guided meditations. This relaxed state allows your mind to rest, making space for your deeper self to emerge. It’s essential that you feel completely safe, supported, and accepted during this process. This is a judgment-free space where you are invited to be fully yourself, free to explore your inner world with honesty and openness. The key is to create an environment where you feel held, where you can let go of the mental chatter and connect with what’s happening inside. From this place, we can begin to explore the patterns and perceptions rooted in your subconscious, often formed during childhood experiences. These experiences, many of which we may not even consciously remember, shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. They influence how we act, react, and think in our daily lives.

Inner child healing

How it works

Being heard is so close to being loved that for the average person, they are almost indistinguishable. — David W. Augsburger

Active listening

As a Certified Life Coach, my approach to Active Listening begins with one simple but profound act: holding space for you. The first part of my work is to be fully present with you, offering deep, undivided attention. When I listen, I am not in my head preparing responses or forming judgments—I am simply there, fully accepting your story, your emotions, and what you are going through. This creates a safe, welcoming space where you can feel confident, accepted, and free to share, knowing there is no rejection or judgment.Through this compassionate listening, we uncover the insights needed to guide our work together. From there,we can explore various therapies tailored to your needs, whether it's hypnosis, inner child healing, relaxation through sound healing, neuro-linguistic techniques, or even moments of silence in deep meditation. Each session is unique, but it all starts with a conversation—a space where your voice is heard, your feelings are honored, and your journey to healing begins.

Safe space

The body keeps the score: it remembers what the mind forgets.

Somatic therapy

Somatic therapy is a profound approach that focuses on the connection between the mind and body, recognizing that the body holds and processes emotions, memories, and experiences. Unlike traditional therapies that rely on verbal communication and cognitive understanding, somatic therapy works directly with the sensations and feelings in your body to bring healing and presence to both the physical and emotional self.

Somatic therapy

How does it work?

In somatic therapy, we tune into your body and the sensations it is producing. Every sensation whether it’s tension in your chest, heaviness in your stomach, or butterflies of excitement —carries important information. These sensations are often signals from your body, guiding you to understand what is happening beneath the surface. Past wounds, stress, and difficult emotions like sadness, fear, or anger can get “stuck” in the body, creating discomfort, pain, or a sense of disconnection from yourself. By focusing on these sensations with attention and care, somatic therapy helps release trapped energies and bring your body back to a state of balance and connection.

The science behind somatic therapy

Somatic therapy is rooted in neuroscience and the understanding that trauma and stress are stored not only in the mind but also in the body. When we experience a stressful or traumatic event, the body goes into survival mode, activating the nervous system. If the energy from this response isn’t fully processed, it can become “frozen” in the body, leading to chronic tension, pain, or emotional patterns like anxiety and fear. Research has shown that the body and mind are deeply interconnected. Practices that address the body’s sensations and movements can help: Regulate the nervous system by calming the fight-flight-freeze response. Increase vagal tone, which is linked to feelings of safety, relaxation, and well-being. Improve emotional resilience by creating new patterns of response to stress. Restore a sense of connection to oneself and others by grounding you in the present moment.
